INGREDIENTS- 4 croissants
- cranberry sauce
- prosciutto slices
- brie
- handful of rocket leaves
DIRECTIONSSTEP 1Heat the grill. Split the croissants. Spread cranberry sauce on one of the cut surfaces of each half. Top with prosciutto slices. Arrange slices of brie to cover the cut surfaces of the other halves.
STEP 2Grill for a few mins to melt the cheese and crisp the prosciutto. Sandwich each croissant together with a handful of rocket leaves.
